Open chat is a function that anyone can participate in on FC2 Live (live.fc2.com).
You can try out lots of the functions before you make your live broadcast so you don't have to worry about anything going wrong. There are plenty of functions that you can try out without logging in!
How to access Open Chat:
1. Access FC2 Live
2. Select [Open Chat] from the side menu.
