Integration into FC2 Point.

FC2 is pleased to announce the release of a brand new point system in FC2 Live!

What is FC2 Point?

FC2 Points are Points which can be used to use certain Pay-for FC2 Services.

1 FC2 Point = 1 yen(JPY)

FC2 Points can be purchased by Credit Card.

Disuse of Livechat Point

Livechat points which could be used in FC2 Live was abolished and integrated into FC2 Point system now.
So you can use FC2 Points in FC2 Live instead of Livechat points.

The Livechat Points you had at the time of integration is added to your FC2 Point.

Now your [Manage Points] page in FC2 Live is changed like the following image:



FC2 Point Transaction History Page Changed

If you use FC2 Points in FC2 Live after the integration,
the transaction history displays Used Points Amount and the Time when you use the points.

[How to confirm your FC2 Point Transaction History]
- Login to FC2 ID.
- Click [Payment] on the left side menu.

See the bottom of the page and you can find your transaction history sorted by Month.




1. Your Livechat Points at the time of the intergration are automatically added to your FC2 Points

*The amount which described as [Transfer Livechat Points to FC2 Points] is the point you had at the time of integration.

2. Your used Points Amount and the Time when you use the points in FC2 Live.

3. Used Points are calculated in real-time. In such cases,it's marked as (Aggregating). It may take time to aggregate.
